As the primary carrier of the smart city, the smart light poles are equipped with visual intercom and one-key alarm devices. It has an emergency alarm button at the front side with a design of a red flashing background light and a mechanical alarm button. While triggering the alarm button for help, the red ring-shaped background light flashes, and alarms deter prisoners. The emergency alarm button has apparent signs of the emergency alarm. It's easy to make people recognize. When an emergency occurs or the a need for consultation or help, press the call button to talk to the duty officer in the monitoring center immediately, and the duty officer can know the situation happening through camera and broadcasting, two-way talks
